    This file describes those external symbols in  the Lisp package that
    are not part  of "standard" Common  Lisp (ie  the language described
     by  Steele).  The  features  provided  by  these Poplog-specific
    functions, variables, constants, and magic words are available in
    the  basic  Poplog Common  Lisp  image.  In  contrast, special
    Poplog  facilities provided  via modules  must be  explictly loaded
    using REQUIRE.
